It is possible for companies to bring an exhibition stand for free (approx. 5m2), but we have limited space, so hurry up if you are interested!
During the registratrion process companies will have to indicate, if they will make use of this option. 

The exhibition area is located prominently within the conference hall so the interaction with participants is guaranteed. 

At each stand we provide a high café table, but companies are also welcome to make use of their own booth system. 

Note that during the event "Carbon Cocktails", 17.00-18.30 on the first conference day, stands will have to be set aside to make room for the event.

Conference participants can bring a poster for free, which will be exhibited together with the industry exhibitors in the exhibition and networking area. 

During the registratrion process participants will have to indicate, if they bring a poster.
Posters can be up to A0 (84 cm. wide). 

Note that during the event "Carbon Cocktails", 17.00-18.30 on the first conference day, posters will have to be set aside to make room for the event.
