On-line registration and full paper submission are both open. Full papers will be tied in with your accepted abstract. You should write your full paper in accordance with the guidelines below. This link opens a template which you then can download and use directly. When you are content with your full paper then save it as a PDF-file and upload it on the link below after finding your abstract number and title in the drop down box. End of May will be the deadline for submission of full papers which is optional. There is still an option for submitting late abstracts which then will be reviewed and potentially be accepted as poster.

18 Apr. 2016: Notification of oral and paper acceptance
30 Apr. 2016: Early bird registration deadline
30 Apr. 2016: Preliminary conference program available
30 May 2016: Late abstract submission deadline
10 June 2016: Full paper submission deadline
10 June 2016: Final conference program available
26 June 2016: The conference starts.

Participation fee/registration fee is included Danish VAT 25%. It’s possible to apply for a refund of VAT in your own country if you are an EU citizens. For citizens outside the EU you need to apply for a refund in Denmark. See SKAT website for further information.
