As part of the registration process, the conference fee must be paid online by credit card only.
Participants from Danish Universities should pay via EAN.

• Reception at Aarhus City Hall and subsequent visit to ARoS Art Museum, Wednesday 14 August

Additional information

• During the registration process you will be able to register yourself and accompanying persons for the conference dinner at a price of DKK 500.00 per person.
• Deadline for cancellation and refund of registration fee: 14 May 2019.
• Cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee of DKK 125.

You MUST use the provided LaTeX template for your abstract. It is a good idea to do this before registration and save the abstract to your computer, as you will be asked to upload the abstract (LaTeX format) during the application process.
