Traveling within Aarhus, as well as the trip to and from Aarhus or Billund airport can be done via busses. To that end, it is possible to buy a single ticket that covers all travel with Midttrafik's busses within Aarhus, and to and from Aarhus and Billund airport from 4th to 12th of July.
The ticket costs 599 DKK (~80 EUR), and requires an app on your smartphone to buy and use.

The workshop will be held across multiple venues, where the official programme is held on Aarhus University's campus, while the social programme is held at venues in downtown Aarhus. The venue for the Astronomer’s mixer is Salling Roofgarden, which is found on top of one of the large department stores in Aarhus. To get to the mixer, you should go to Salling and make you way to the top floor. Here, you will find stairs or an elevator that will take you to the roof, where you will be guided to the mixer. ARoS
To enter ARoS, you will need an entrance ticket. This will be handed out to you at the museum.
The tour starts at 14:15. If you are not arriving by bus, please be at the museum before 14:15.
The bus to the conference dinner will depart from ARoS at 17:15, from Aros Alle. Please see the map.
Tivoli Friheden
Entrance passes will be handed out at 14:15. If you are not arriving by bus, please be at the entrance before 14:15.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place at Herman's in Tivoli Friheden and will start at 6 pm. Please be at Herman's before this time and remember your "dietary information ticket" (found in your envelope) if you have any dietary requests.
The dinner will end at 10 pm with the option to stay and pay for your own drink comsumption until 11 pm.
Remember your nametag as it will serve as your entry ticket to Tivoli Friheden.
