For this years workshop, we use an open-source self-hosted messaging application named Campfire, available at tasc10.space.au.dk after signing up (check your email for a link to join).
You have received and invitation link in an email, or can scan the QR code on the screen in the main lobby.
It is available in your browser, but can also easily be downloaded as a separate app, if you want to make sure to always receive notifications.
The instructions below should help guide you through the process.
On android devices, after signing in using your browser of choice, you might automatically get a pop-up with the option to download it.
If not, simply:
It should now appear as an application on your phone!
When trying to enable notifications in Safari using the bell-icon, you should be prompted with a warning, and a guide to download the page as an app instead, as shown below.
