Accompanying guest

Accompanying guests are welcome at TASC10/KASC17. The registration fee for accompanying guests only covers the welcome reception on 5 July and the excursion and conference dinner on 8 July 2026. As accompanying guests you are also welcome to join the Astronomer’s Mixer - as accompanying guests, you can register for this seperately here.

EAN/CVR (VAT number)

  • If you are employed at a Danish governmental institution, you should use the EAN and CVR payment method. Please have your institution’s EAN and CVR numbers available when registering.

Credit Card

  • All international participants and participants not employed at AU or any governmental institution should use the credit card option when registering.

Choose the option "Private"

Project and activity number (AU employee)

  • If you are employed at Aarhus University, you should use your project and activity number payment method. Please have the correct project and activity numbers available when registering
