Accompanying guests are welcome at TASC10/KASC17. The registration fee for accompanying guests only covers the welcome reception on 5 July and the excursion and conference dinner on 8 July 2026. As accompanying guests you are also welcome to join the Astronomer’s Mixer - as accompanying guests, you can register for this seperately here.

EAN/CVR (VAT number)
If you are employed at a Danish governmental institution, you should use the EAN and CVR payment method. Please have your institution’s EAN and CVR numbers available when registering. Note that an invoice will be generated and sent from noreply.efaktura@au.dk when you pay by credit card. You will receive the invoice the day after your registration. If you register on a Friday, you will receive the invoice after the weekend. Please check your spam folder, should you not receive it in your mailbox.

All international participants and participants not employed at AU or any governmental institution should use the credit card option when registering.
