• July 5th: Welcome reception at the Steno Museum (5-7 pm). A reception with a few drinks and snacks at the local science museum. It will be possible to register during this event (but merchandise will only be available from Monday).
• July 6th: Astronomer’s mixer at Salling Roofgarden (5-7 pm). Enjoy a welcome drink and one additional beverage accompanied by a selection of snacks, while taking in the garden setting and panoramic city views. Afterwards, you are welcome to stay at the Roofgarden or continue the evening exploring the many nearby dinner spots in the city centre.
• July 8th: Excursions are planned to the art museum ARoS and the amusement part Tivoli Friheden in the afternoon. Participants will be asked for their excursion preference when registering for the workshop. If you choose to go to ARoS, you will get time to browse the many exhibitions in the museum. If you choose to go to Tivoli Friheden, you will be able to roam Friheden and experience their rides before we all meet in Friheden for the conference dinner.
• July 8th: Conference dinner at Herman’s in Tivoli Friheden (6-10 pm). The conference dinner will take place at Friheden in the outskirts of the Marselisborg forrest featuring an apéritif, a 3-course dinner and coffee/tea.
