The conference venue
Stakladen can be reached from different entrances, either Fredrik Nielsens Vej 2 or Ndr. Ringgade 3. Look for posters with the conference image
There is a bus stop just outside the conference venue
The two venues at the university are connected with an underground tunnel
Going there from Aarhus C
You can buy bus tickets by downloading and using the app rejsebillet (find it at www.rejsebillet.dk)

It takes app 40 minutes to walk from the centre of the city to Stakladen

Ana Frugt I/S. Address: Tordenskjoldsgade 22, 8200 Aarhus N. Opening hours: 09:00-18:30. Take-away salads and wraps. The selection is bountiful, and this is a true Aarhus institution.

A couple of vegetarian and vegan friendly restaurants:
Bastián. Address: Klostergade 2, 8000 Aarhus. Northern Spanish cuisine, social dining style with light servings, in the heart of Aarhus. The ajo blanco soup and whole artichoke are beautiful. Reservation recommended.
Mleko Bar. Address: Vester Allé 18, 8000 Aarhus. A few labeled veg. options, but the kitchen is good at adapting. Polish cuisine, festive vibe (music at noticeable volume + great selection of vodka).
Plant Food. Address: Graven 16H, 8000 Aarhus. Fully plant-based café serving burgers, sandwiches, and bowls. Food to go or stay. Limited seating. The neighboring bar, Lecoq, is an absolute Aarhus classic.
Bar’ Habla. Address: Jægergårdsgade 67, 8000 Aarhus. Small dishes great for sharing. Spanish cuisine. Reservation recommended.
Sota Sushi Bar. Address: Vestergade 48, 8000 Aarhus C.
Aarhus Street Food. Address: Ny Banegårdsgade 46, 8000 Aarhus. Big food hall with different kinds of cuisine, from Danish and Italian to Turkish and Indian.
YI•EAST. Address: Frederiks Pl. 6, st, 8000 Aarhus. Chinese cuisine. Highly recommended.
There are a lot of other fantastic restaurants. With a sustainability focus e.g. search for Restaurant Domestic or Restaurant Nögen. If you visit the new area of Aarhus nearby the sea (AARHUS Ø), you will also find a lot of restaurants, and a food hall: Markedshallen. The city center, e.g. Mejlgade and Graven, or the street of Jægergårdsgade and the area of Sydhavnen are all good places to explore!
