The welcome reception will be held in the assembly hall in the very heart of Aarhus University. 

 

Reception at Aarhus City Hall (incl. in the fee)
Tuesday 8 August, 17.30 – 18.30 hrs.

The reception is hosted by the City of Aarhus and will take place at the City Hall. All congress participants are invited. Aarhus City Hall - although over 75 years old, is still a modern, functionalistic building that still houses the municipality of Aarhus. Built by Arne Jacobsen it represents Danish design and architecture at their best.

Conference dinner & dance at Turbinehallen
Wednesday 9 August, 18:30 hrs.

The conference dinner will take place in the historic Turbine Hall in Aarhus. The Turbine Hall dates back to 1900 and is rustic, vibrant and full of atmosphere and character.

A local band from Aarhus with international sound will strike up dance tunes. You can read more about the band here.
